Shipping

We are currently shipping Australia-wide from Sydney, Australia.

 

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking. After items are shipped it is estimated that the order will be delivered in 1 – 5 business days depending on location and excluding holiday periods.

 

All parcels will be delivered with Authority to Leave option if no one is available to receive them. This means your package will be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

 

We currently do not offer Click and Collect, as we don’t have a physical storefront for in-person pickups.

 

Shipping Issues

We understand that shipping issues can occasionally arise, and we’re committed to doing our best to help resolve any problems you encounter. These may include, but are not limited to, delayed deliveries, mishandled or damaged items, and missing or stolen parcels.
